Below you will find four exercises he recommends to help speed of the recovery of foot pain. We highly recommend you get regular chiropractic care first and foremost to deal with any foot pain you are feeling. Watch the video below if you do not understand what is written below.
Four Exercises for Plantar Fasciitis Relief
- Calf raise and drops. You need to find a step and stand with one foot halfway on it. Do a calf raise or get on your tippy toes and then slowly let yourself down. As you do this, go down below parallel, this will also give a stretch. Do this 3 times a day times 10.
- Toe crunches. Get a towel and work on scrunching it up with your feet and toes. This will work the muscles in your foot. This is probably easier to see, so be sure to watch the video below.
- Soda can roll. Grab a soda can and freeze it. You can then roll your foot on it. If you don’t have a can to freeze, grab a golf ball and do the same thing.
- Scrape the bottom of the foot. Lastly, you can grab a big spoon and turn it upside down. Then use coconut oil or massage oil and put it on the bottom of your foot. You then proceed to scrape the bottom of your foot. You might feel some pain. You can do this every other day and work up to doing it harder and harder.
